Limited Warranty

Brewlab Expert warrants to you, the original end-user purchaser, that each Brewlab product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the product itself, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Motor and electrical component failures
  • Design and construction flaws
  • Performance issues under normal use

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accident
  • Damage from improper maintenance or storage
  • Water damage from improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage from modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of discovering the defect
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  3. Describe the defect in detail
  4. Follow our technician's troubleshooting steps
  5. If needed, ship the product to us for inspection and repair

Remedy

At our option, Brewlab Expert will repair or replace the defective product at no charge to you, including return shipping costs.
